Ultimately it is the quality of the people that determines which solutions a company can offer his customers. Key2Brains distinguishes itself by having access to excellent, but normally difficult to reach expertises. What the experts of Key2Brains all have in common is having a passion for their own field of expertise and possessing a lot of practical experience. They have a solid background in their own field of expertise and are more than average motivated to work on challenging puzzles. This is also the case for problems outside their own specific field of expertise. This cross-over effect sometimes leads to surprising new insights.

Expert pool
The expert pool of Key2Brains consists of a closed selected group of more than 100 different experts. These experts are all willing to share their expertise and work on a free lance basis. This makes it possible to work with experts who have a lot of experience (retired or early pension) or have other activities besides Key2Brains. To attract good people to work temporary or in part time on your problems is the current challenge of innovative companies. Key2Brains makes it easy for individual experts to anonymously work on clearly defined innovation questions of companies.  They can work worldwide via the closed web environment at times which suites them best.
 

Founder
Dr.ir. Leon Marchal graduated in 1995 cum laude from his study Bioprocess technology at Wageningen University. He got his PhD in the years thereafter at Avebe working on a Food subject. Subsequently he worked for several international companies. As and R&D manager, operating at the interface between research and commerce, he personally experienced the gaps in the current way of innovating.
Cycling along side the old Silk road in the Gobi Desert the innovative concept of Key2Brains was born. The founding of The innovation Pool was a fact.
